Haydn Hammond
Chief Executive Officer
Haydn is a seasoned financial markets professional with 25 years of financial services experience and long-standing transactional relationships with some of the world’s largest institutional investors.
He has built a career specialising in institutional capital raising, complex structured transactions and multi-jurisdictional deal execution across global markets.
Prior to Reimers Kapital, Haydn spent more than 13 years at Barclays Capital in London, followed by nearly two years at Natixis Investment Bank as Director of Emerging Markets, where he advised and executed for leading financial institutions across credit, rates, foreign exchange, derivatives and structured products.
Over his career he has managed deep and trusted relationships with pension funds, asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, hedge funds, banks and global corporations.
He holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management from the University of Cape Town, and has completed CFA Level I as well as the UK FCA regulatory examinations.
Birk Tjetland
Investment Analyst
As an Investment Analyst at Hillingdale Capital, Birk supports the firm’s renewable energy and corporate mandates with a particular focus on Nordic markets, bringing regional market knowledge and analytical capability to the team’s capital raising activities.
Birk is currently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), one of the leading business schools in the Nordic region. His studies have provided a strong foundation in economic analysis, business strategy and investment principles.
He will pursue a Master’s degree in Finance, further developing his expertise in corporate finance and capital markets.
Philip Lindner
Investment Analyst
As a Junior Investment Analyst at Hillingdale Capital, Philip supports the firm’s renewable energy and corporate mandates with a particular focus on the DACH / CEE region, bringing regional market knowledge and analytical capability to the team’s capital-raising activities.
Philip holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Management from MCI Innsbruck in Austria, with an exchange semester at Stellenbosch University. His academic and international background provides a strong foundation in business strategy, financial analysis and European market dynamics.
He is further pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance, deepening his expertise in corporate finance, capital markets and investment analysis.
Lenny Kunze
Investment Analyst
Lenny is a Junior Investment Analyst focused on renewable energy. He brings experience in strategy consulting and venture development.
He is involved in all stages of the firm’s transactions, including financial modelling, valuation analysis and transaction execution.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Management from Management Center Innsbruck and is pursuing a Master’s in Management at Nova SBE in Lisbon.
